Today marks the start of my losing weight regime :) I've decided to eat 6 small (healthy) meals everyday from today onwards to increase my metabolism rate, as claimed by the newspaper so I think it's quite reliable. And I'm supposed to eat once every 3 hours so first meal will be breakfast, 2nd meal during recess, 3rd meal during 'lunch', 4th meal at around 4pm, 5th meal at 'dinner', 6th meal, uh maybe I'll skip that if I'm full enough, which my sixth sense tells me that will never happen. And I've decided to go for a run every alternate days for at least 20minutes each time because I too do not wish to overwork my body. Once training starts, I'll just go for a run during the weekend. I really hope this totally works out! If you actually see a slender Sherly after about a month, you should figure out that my regime worked out and that I had the discipline to actually control my food intake as well as go for runs. Running also can give me better stamina then I won't suffer so much during trainings. And losing weight will actually make me run even faster, so running is so good :) what a wonderful plan, let's hope it works. Okay so, today i ran for 25min30sec, not bad for the start, considering the fact that the time I REALLY ran was on SRC, which was about a month ago. Way to go lady. Thank God the weather today was PERFECT for running! So the next time I will run is Thursday, hopefully I can run at a faster pace. Or should I just run 2.4 and do a stamina check? I know the results is going to be horrible though, but then after a month I can see how much my stamina will improve. Way to go Sherly. <3

Okay, I'm really very depressed over the fact that we can't travel at all. How saddening, just have to pray that the H1N1 situation will get better ASAP and hopefully make some changes accordingly so that we all can go HK altogether to play netball. The phone thing is a minor thing lah, I won't die not messaging, just sorry for not replying peeps! I hope my phone recovers soon.

Went to vivo with them (saranya, priyanka, pamela, ruth) on wednesday, went to tampinese mall with pamela, saranya and priyanka to tampinese mall today. Omg, the bus journey there was so funny. I was trying to coax priyanka and pamela to talk to me and saranya cause they were being really childish and dao-ing us. HAHA, but it was really fun to coax them into talking to us and they want to laugh but they just had to contain their laughter because they do not wish to respond to me. ASSHOLES. HAHAH. Okay lunch was good, desert was okay, priyanka is damn funny lah, kiasu TTM. She took pamela's desert and asked: "you don't want ah?" Walao take already then ask, she looked like she hasn't eaten for days hahahaha. Then saranya and I went to pierce our ears. It's burning for a while, then it's okay now ahahha. We're going to Sentosa on monday, can't wait to see you girls, it's so gonna be fun <3
Got back english and phy. Wah english sucks, phy's quite good :) English totally gonna pull my L1R5 for midyears, B4 leh, wahhh I thought i could have done better but nvm lah hor. But i doubt O levels is gna be that tough anyway :D yay yipee. There's this rumour that the highest for ssgeo across the whole lvl is 21/50, what bullshit ahhahahaha, but if it's true, it'll be so funny. Okay I don't really wanna get back Chem and ssgeo, bleahhhh i think i did sucky on them but nvm, i did my best :)
